From the 3rd of September, Adelaides Jam Factory will be presenting a rare gimps at the process behind the works of select Australian product designers. The exhibition will feature my GS1 along with work by Oliver Smith, Rohan Nichol, Trent Jansen, John Quan, Adam Goodrum, Elliat Rich, Daniel Emma, Illumini Glass, Simone Le Amon & Russell Koskela. Join us for a Rapid Prototyping Symposium to be held on the opening Saturday in the Bradley Forum at the University of South Australia from 2.00pm. Otherwise you can enjoy the show at the Jam Factory until the 23rd of October.
From 29th of June until the 9th of August my GS1 will be on show at the Canberra Glassworks as part of 10 good Stories. The exhibition is a showcase of works produced by Adelaide’s Jam Factory which opened in 1973 before moving to its current state of the art facility, earning it the title of longest running hot glass studio in Australia.
I am currently showing a series of images in Brisbane’s recently reopened Wintergarden. These include a reprint and two previously unreleased images from Man&Machine.
Kai & former RCR champion Hugo are hosting the 4th instalment of the River City Rollers at their residence from 4pm this Saturday the 28th at 57 Charlotte street, Paddington. This instalment is generously supported by Cadence, Domestique & Carhartt.
Alexander Lotersztain has selected ten designers to present piggy bank concepts which will go on show at Artisan as 3D printed prototypes. I will be presenting a solution which addresses our departure from a cash economy. The show will run from the 19th of May until the 2nd of July with opening night celebrations from 6pm till 8pm on thursday the 19th of May.

Brew will be hosting the next River City Rollers event from 4pm Saturday the 16th of April at the end of Lower Burnett Lane in Brisbane City, with prizes generously provided by Knog & Domestique. Registration is open if you’d like to race, otherwise come along and try the rollers at your own pace before and after the heats.
At 2pm on Saturday the 26th of February Fifth Battery will be hosting the second River City Rollers event along side a latte art throwdown that we’re calling, Rolling Pitchers.
If you’d like to race, registration is essential, otherwise all are welcome to watch the finest baristas in Brisbane going head to head while we test the limits of its cyclists.
Tonight, Dec 15th from 7pm at 13 Kurilpa Street, West End. Open to anyone interested in roller racing in which two riders compete head to head over a simulated 500m on track bikes with forks fixed to a set of rollers. More information on the River City Rollers website.
From 6pm tonight the second installment of Branch Out will be launched at the Brisbane Powerhouse. Surya Graf, Alexander Lotersztain & I have invited twenty of Brisbane’s top design studios & independent creatives to present twenty new Christmas tree concepts. Following tonights opening the trees will be on show until the 23rd.
