Intern! Campari and ice!
For the last three weeks my obsession with Campari has grown out of control, initiated by a friends own obsession with Bill Murrays character Steve Zissou of Wes Andersons The Life Aquatic.
If you havnt tryed a Negroni (my favourite of the Campari cocktails), find an old fashioned glass and fill with ice. Pour a measure of gin then build with equal measures of Campari and sweet vermouth (I find the Cinzano more to my taste then the Martini) and finish with orange zest.
