Green Bag
Ben Kraal has relayed comments by Infinity Designs Glenn Bevan regarding the “Green Bag”.
It’s a topic i am very interested in and have been arguing for some time. Users tend to forget or neglect to carry Green Bags and purchase replacements when prompted at the counter, believing that they are making an environmentally responsible choice. The Green Bags slowly amass well...

Muxtape Relaunch
It appears Muxtape will return, but not as we knew it. Justin Ouellette has explained the history of the project and defined its new direction which will now only supports musicians looking for a means to share music online. The Russians?
It seems apt that never having seen film burn during a screening, that i should witness this so often emulated effect while enjoying Burn After Reading. Audience members turned to each other as the lights came up and asked “Is that intentional?”. We were informed there had been a surge and the film would recommence shortly. Remarkably the films pace was unaffected, it remained engaging...

A Big Green Apple
I find myself simultaneously in love and infuriated by Apple products. When Steve jobs returned to apple in 1996 he was asked how he would solve the company’s problems, to which he answered design. This is evident in the company’s attitudes and I understand they are fighting for valuable market share. However, it shows such little appreciation for the costumer to offer the best product on the...

Fahrenheit
I am fascinated by the attitudes surrounding video games when the similarity with film as a story telling medium are so evident. While I don’t believe GTA4 is a good example of effective story telling, it does illustrate an important point regarding the comparative scale of the film and video game industries. During the US summer season Iron Man, which cost an estimated 140 million to produce, was...

X-System by Alexander Lotersztain →
Alex and I share the same studio space, so I found it a little unusual asking him how I would go about getting an X-System of my own. Of all his work, this is my absolute favourite which is partly due the the care Planex have taken to have it produced.
